  • ประเมินและเก็บฟีดแบคจากพนักงานขายเพื่อวางแผนการฝึกอบรม

Performance review and Report Analysis

  • วิเคราะห์สภาพตลาดและวางแผนการขายของแต่ละร้าน
  • ประสานงานกับดีลเลอร์เกี่ยวกับสต็อกสินค้าเพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการขาย
  • เข้าร่ามประชุมกับดีลเลอร์เพื่ออัพเดท performance ของ SES

NSO, Merchandising & Display Management

  • ควบคุมดูแลการการจัดเรียงสินค้าและสื่อต่างๆภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
  • จัดร้านSESใหม่ให้พร้อมเปิดบริการ

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female age more than 30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience in sales management.
  • Be able to use English (speaking, listening and writing)
  • Positive thinking, Leadership and be able to work in a fast pace environment
