FMCG Sales Executive

An FMCG Sales Executive drives product sales by managing client relationships (retailers, distributors), achieving targets, and ensuring market presence through strategy, promotion, and market analysis, requiring skills in negotiation, communication, and territory management to boost growth and brand visibility in the competitive fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors; visit clients in person.
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and conduct market research.
- Product Visibility: Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and promotion in stores.
- Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
- Promotions: Plan and execute promotional activities and special deals.
- Order Management: Process orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and manage payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector (2+ years).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, planning, CRM, and analytical skills.
- Attributes: Goal-oriented, adaptable, strong work ethic, ability to work independently.
