Key Responsibilities:
HR Management
- Oversee organizational structure, recruitment and foreign worker employment.
- Plan and implement human resource development and succession plans.
- Manage labor relations, work regulations and promote organizational culture.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits propose salary/bonus adjustments.
- Support department processes and organize company activities.
Purchasing & Store Management
- Plan and manage procurement strategies, approve vendor selection and product specifications, and participate in tender committees.
- Analyze process risks and improve efficiency.
- Develop and manage store systems aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Political science, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, recruitment, and performance management.
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments effectively.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
