Key Responsibilities:

HR Management

  • Oversee organizational structure, recruitment and foreign worker employment.
  • Plan and implement human resource development and succession plans.
  • Manage labor relations, work regulations and promote organizational culture.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits propose salary/bonus adjustments.
  • Support department processes and organize company activities.

Purchasing & Store Management

  • Plan and manage procurement strategies, approve vendor selection and product specifications, and participate in tender committees.
  • Analyze process risks and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and manage store systems aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Political science, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across departments effectively.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
