Main Purpose:The Finance and Accounting Officer are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. This role also involves managing the budgeting process, preparing accurate financial reports, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making for the company and its subsidiaries.Principal Accountabilities:Policy and ComplianceDevelop and implement financial and accounting policies in alignment with company standards and international accounting principles.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.Accounting OperationsOversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Record daily accounting transactions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.Verify accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.Improve and maintain effective accounting systems and internal controls.Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Manage accounting systems and financial processes for the company and its affiliates.Responsible for coordinating with the outsourced accounting service firmTaxationReview input and output tax documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.Provide tax-related guidance to internal departments to mitigate tax risks.Prepare and coordinate with external auditors and the Revenue Department during tax audits or reviews.Keep up to date with tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.Financial Advisory and SupportProvide financial and accounting advice to relevant departments.Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives as required.Other DutiesPerform assigned tasks at the Rayong branch or affiliated companies as required.Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.Qualification:Formal EducationBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Work ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.Specific Qualification for PositionSolid knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.Experience in preparing financial statements and handling month-end/year-end closing.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Mango ERP or similar) is an advantage.Specific knowledge/ SkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Able to work independently and under pressure, with attention to detail.Proficiency in English (TOEIC Test Score > 650 Points).
