Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning & Management Support
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels, including: SEM, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, SEO, radio, and OOH.
• Coordinate with media agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, timelines, and approved budgets.
• Assist in monitoring budget pacing, frequency, and placement efficiency across both brands.
• Ensure campaign setups, creatives, and tracking parameters are implemented correctly.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track and consolidate campaign performance data across the full customer journey, including: Footfall, customer acquisition, promotion redemption, sales, and conversion.
• Monitor communication performance across channels such as: PR, KOL campaigns, website traffic, events, and digital media ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for Project & Brand Managers.
• Highlight key trends, insights, and performance gaps to support campaign optimization.
- Campaign Optimization & Insights Support
• Assist in analyzing campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve media efficiency.
• Support A/B testing analysis for creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Maintain historical campaign performance records to support future planning and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure performance insights are reflected in future executions.
- Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Project & Brand Managers to align reporting with campaign objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and data accuracy.
• Support post-campaign reviews and documentation of learnings. Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media, or performance-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Technical Skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
