รายละเอียด

Key task หน้าที่

1 ตรวจรับสินค้าที่มาส่งกับใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) ภายในรอบส่งของแต่ละวัน

2 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าและวัดอุณหภูมิสินค้า Market List ทุกครั้ง

3 แจ้งแผนกเพื่อรับสินค้าที่มาส่งภายในรอบส่งของแต่ละวัน

4 บันทึกข้อมูลการรับสินค้า เข้าสู่ระบบ Materials Control (MC)

5 บันทึกข้อมูลสินค้าชนิดของสดลงในระบบ Vservesafe (ISO

6 ตรวจสอบใบเบิกสโตร์ Issue Request ของแต่ละแผนกในระบบ Materials Control (MC)

7 ออกใบขอสั่งซื้อ Purchase Request (PR) เพื่อเติมสินค้าใน Inventory Par Stock

8 ตรวจนับ Inventory Food, Beverage, General Store ทุกๆสินเดือน

Key Desired Outcome (ผลลัพธ์ที่ต้องการ)

1 ทำการตรวจนีลสินค้าให้ตรงตามใบสั่งซื้อและเก็บรักษาสินค้าให้มีจำนวน

และสภาพพร้อมที่จะนำไปใช้งาน

2 การรับสินค้าและการเก็บรักษาสินค้า ต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร

(ISO อย่างครบถ้วน

3 ทำการรับสินค้าและเก็บรักษาสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายจัดซื้อ จัดจ้างของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด

และหากพบปัญหาต้องรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยทันที

Primary Competency สมรรถนะหลัก

1 ใช้โปรแกรม MC ได้เป็นอย่างดี

2 มีทักษะในการใช้ Word , Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี

3 ต้องมีใบอนุญาตผู้สัมผัสอาหาร

4 ต้องมีผ่านการอบรม Food Safety

5 ต้องสามารถควบคุมสินค้าใน Store
