Location : RT Plus logistics Ltd. distribution center in Bangna-trad km.19, Samut Prakarn.

Position : QHSE Manager / Assistance Manager

Job description :

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

  • Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or equivalent).

  • Act as Lead Auditor for internal and external audits.

  • Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Analyze quality KPIs and customer complaints.

  • Develop SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Policies.

  • Promote quality culture within warehouse and logistics operations.

  • Manage of corporate licenses.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Ensure compliance with Thai Laws.

  • Develop and implement Safety Management System.

  • Conduct risk assessments.

  • Lead accident and near-miss investigations.

  • Organize safety training, drills, and toolbox meetings.

  • Ensure proper use of PPE.

  • Submit legally required safety reports to authorities.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws and DIW requirements.

  • Implement Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 if applicable).

  • Control waste management, chemical storage, emissions, and pollution.

  • Conduct environmental monitoring and improvement programs.

  • Handle environmental reporting.

  • Lead Carbon credit program and certify for TGO, Ecovadis, ESG, or any related programs.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

  • Develop Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

  • Conduct emergency drills (fire, chemical spill, accidents).

  • Lead crisis management during real incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, and must complete a specific training course for the Professional Safety Officer ( Jor Por ).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management level in logistics business or manufacturing.

  • Good command in English.

  • Hold Hazardous Substances Control License from DIW ( Bor Chor ) is advantage.
