About the role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer (Professional Level) to join our dynamic team at บริษัท ทีเอ็มเคปาล์มออยล์ จำกัด. This is a full-time role based in ประจวบคีรีขันธ์, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs and policies to maintain a safe work environment
  2. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  3. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices
  4. Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards
  6. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to continuously improve safety performance
  7. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on safety-related metrics and activities

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry
  3. Thorough understanding of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA and other relevant standards
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
  6. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns
  7. Proficiency in using safety management software and data analysis tools
