Our
Technical Architect - Presales
bridges the gap between commercial and technical teams to drive successful project initiation. This role provides critical support during the presales process, offering expert technical insights and strategic guidance to ensure alignment between client needs and our technical capabilities. It requires a strong blend of technical acumen, client-facing communication skills, and a consultative approach to ensure solutions are both innovative and achievable.

In This Role, You Will Get To

  • Meet clients/partners together with our commercial and delivery teams, providing technical advice along the way
  • Represent our technical teams, ask the right questions, gather requirements and ensure a well-defined scope for potential engagements
  • Assess feasibility and complexity and work closely with our engineering & data teams to design solution architecture and work out technical approaches
  • Support the development of technical proposals and contribute to various consulting activities, including solution demonstrations, client presentations, and defining the scope of work
  • Build close relationships with both our technical and commercial teams
  • Help define new standards and ways of working to continuously optimize our technical approach to new engagements

You'll Be Successful If You Have

  • Past professional, hands-on experience in a (software) engineering role (e.g. Software Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, DevOps engineer, or similar)
  • Good understanding of modern cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba cloud) and their offerings
  • A broad understanding of key functions across the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including data engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, UX/UI, and software development
  • Knowledge of automation, design patterns, networking, scalability, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Experience engaging directly with clients to assess their needs and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Business acumen and a practical understanding of commercial considerations

It's a Plus If You Have

  • Pre-sales experience in a consulting environment
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Completed certifications for cloud platforms
  • Understanding of AI and Data Science principles
