About the role

Shane Hotel is seeking a talented Guest Services Agent to join our team in Chiang Mai, Thailand. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This is a full-time position, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
  2. Registering guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  3. Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner
  4. Handling guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  5. Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
  6. Assisting with luggage handling and other guest services as needed
  7. Maintaining a clean and organised front desk area
  8. Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  2. Strong communication skills in both English and Thai
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
