Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular / Java / Kafka)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join one of our diverse teams in Bangkok. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing high-performance commercial applications. This role requires strong expertise in Angular, Java, Kafka, and MongoDB, along with a passion for clean architecture, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Angular and Java applications
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable software designs
  • Ensure feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver user-friendly solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features
  • Take end-to-end ownership of your team's domain or service
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, automation, and performance
  • Use AI tools for code review, optimization, and quality improvement
  • Meet non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and data protection
  • Mentor junior developers and introduce modern development and AI concepts
  • Stay current with emerging frontend and backend technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong expertise in Angular (v14+ preferred) / TypeScript
  • Solid experience with Java & Spring Boot
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture & design patterns
  • Experience with Kafka and MongoDB
  • Proficiency with Git and AI-based code analysis tools
  • Experience with automated testing:
  • Angular: Jasmine, Karma
  • Backend: JUnit, Mockito
  • Familiarity with Agile & DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Angular, Java, Architecture, Kafka, MongoDB, or AI
  • Automation testing experience
