We are seeking an experienced
Executive Leader
to head our Strategy3 team in Thailand, reporting directly to the S3 APAC Head.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a high-impact, commercial role where you will be instrumental in setting the strategic direction and managing the day-to-day operations of the S3 Thailand team. Your key responsibilities include:

Commercial Leadership & Growth:

• Deliver sustainable business growth and effectively manage the team's
  P&L

• Drive new business development, including identifying, cultivating, and winning new business opportunities for the Strategy3 team.
• Oversee and successfully manage all commercial targets and negotiations.
• Act as the strategic leader for multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring a layer of strategy is applied where needed.

Team Leadership & Culture:

• Serve as an engaging, dynamic leader who sets a clear vision, creates energy, and fosters purpose within the team.
• Lead the development and performance of the S3 Thailand team, which currently comprises around four consultants from various backgrounds.
• Provide direct management to 4-6 senior leaders within the business.
• Demonstrate a commitment to people by recognizing, coaching, nurturing, and retaining top talent.
• Lead by example to create an honest, open, happy, and productive working environment, valuing our "Belong at Ipsos" culture.

Strategy & Collaboration:

• Think strategically to translate the matrix of global business objectives and local goals into a clear plan for your team.
• Collaborate closely with the global Strategy3 team to execute the global strategy, inform the direction for the Service Line globally, and help develop new offers and thought leadership content.
• Build strong working relationships across the broader Ipsos organization and with our clients.

What You Need to Bring

Your Professional Experience:

• Demonstrable leadership experience in management consulting (specifically in market, brand, or innovation strategy) is required, along with proven expertise, commercial capabilities, and comfort engaging in C-suite level client conversations. strategy, being comfortable in C-suite level client conversations.
• Prior experience and accountability for managing a P&L and commercial targets.
• A track record of success in business development and pitching to win new client engagements.
• Extensive experience in team leadership, covering aspects like talent management, recruitment, resource allocation, motivation, and driving a performance-driven culture.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a solid understanding of market research.

Your Leadership Profile:

• Exceptional
  interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• An adept relationship builder, both internally with the Strategy3 team and with external clients.
• Someone who stays up to date with current trends and debates in both consulting and marketing.
• Ideally, you have a visible presence in the market, whether on social media or industry platforms.
