Degrees Accepted:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Selection Process:
Candidates must submit the following documents on the RGM event page:
- Updated CV (in English)
- Cover letter explaining the importance of this program for your career (in English)
- Academic record and graduation certificate
Evaluation Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Open to recent graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree obtained within the last two years.
- Previous Interns: Priority given to graduates with positive feedback from the ICM Program.
- Relevant Degree: Degree in a field relevant to the organization or specific functions.
- Strong Academic Record: Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
- Relevant Experience: Internships or work experience in a similar industry are a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in new situations and diverse environments.
- Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English communication is necessary for effective collaboration.
Rotations Overview:
Infrastructure and MES Support (12 Months)
- Supervisor: Infrastructure and MES Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand GIT monitoring and communication tools.
- Perform local IT routine tasks.
- Learn about infrastructures, servers, networks, and backup systems.
- Ensure GIT KPIs and important indicators meet targets.
- Understand JIT shipment validation processes.
- Explore MES/JIT shipment validation and SAP integration.
- Grasp the traceability process flow.
Cybersecurity Local Coordinator (3 Months)
- Supervisor: IT Operations Country Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with Forvia's cybersecurity standards and procedures.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and the KnowBe4 application.
- Increase training completion rates in KnowBe4.
SAP Functional Support (9 Months)
- Supervisor: SAP Team Leader
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP manufacturing processes and cross-functional systems (e.g., FICO).
- Assist with add-on applications.
- Improve FCS and DT KPIs.
