As an
Associate Product Manager
at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in strategy development and its implementation for sutures, meshes, and bio-surgical.You must develop and recommend specific marketing objectives and forecasts for products sold, and manage the execution of authorized marketing plans to achieve or exceed planned sales volume and profit margins.

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, evaluate feasibility, and align product strategies with global and regional priorities to drive sustainable growth
• Organize seminars and workshops that provide ongoing learning opportunities, while engaging key opinion leaders to strengthen credibility and impact.
• Track outcomes, collect feedback, and measure effectiveness to ensure events contribute meaningfully to strategic business goals.
• Carry out regular field visits to capture real-time customer insights, identify emerging needs, and refine marketing approaches accordingly.
• Deliver continuous product training and monthly updates to equip sales teams with current knowledge and boost confidence in customer interactions.
• Design tailored promotional materials to enhance visibility, while coordinating closely with supply chain teams for accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and customer behavior to uncover trends, optimize resource allocation, and improve campaign performance.
• Build new accounts through research and relationship development, while managing tenders with compliance, competitive pricing, and timely submissions to support revenue growth.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, etc.); MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of direct engagement with surgeons and operating room nurses; prior marketing experience considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of business planning and budgeting cost estimation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare organizations, structures, and funding mechanism with skilled in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation wil be advantage.
• Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Must own a personal vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel and work in upcountry locations.
