Senior Devops Associate

Responsibilities :

Cloud Infrastructure & Services

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or other cloud providers
  • Ability to deploy and manage infrastructure in multi-cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of Secret Manager, Auto Scaling, and Serverless Architecture

Container & Orchestration

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8S) and Docker
  • Capable of designing and managing container orchestration solutions

CI/CD & Automation

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of Jenkins or other automation tools
  • Ability to design and develop efficient deployment pipelines

GitOps & Deployment

  • Experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles

Monitoring & Performance

  • Ability to implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems
  • Strong skills in performance analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalents

Security & Network

  • Knowledge of VPN, IP Whitelisting, and network security fundamentals
  • Understanding of security best practices for infrastructure
  • Able to manage firewall rules and network policies

Developer Support

  • Ability to support developers in debugging and resolving infrastructure-related issues
  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with development teams

Qualifications :

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Devops engineer.
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery and High Availability architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
  • Good documentation skills for writing runbooks and technical documents
