Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial information by adhering to established accounting standards and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Tasks:

- Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.

- Verify and process invoices and expense reports.

- Prepare and process payroll.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Generate and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy.

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

3. Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.

4. Compliance and Audits:

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

5. Support Functions:

- Support the Finance Director in various tasks as needed.

- Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

- Excellent MS Excel skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Effective English communication skills.
