Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first-level support to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues for end users.
  • Coordinate and escalate issues to second-level or development teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate and support with the implementation team to deliver new or customized solutions to clients.
  • Provide user training, guidance, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Communicate and share feedback across teams to continuously improve the quality of support services.
  • Support and work alongside the implementation team to assist in system setup, configuration, and testing during project delivery.
  • Participate in requirement clarification, UAT support, and post-go-live activities.
  • Gain hands-on experience in HRMS/Payroll system implementation, contributing to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Thai or Lao Nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in application support, system operations, or implementation-related roles.
  • Strong technical background in business system support and understanding of system workflows.
  • Proficient in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server) for data queries and issue analysis.
  • Good understanding of customized business applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze system issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources or Payroll processes is a MUST
  • able to communicate in English, both written and spoken (experience working in a multi-national environment is a plus)
  • Experience working with Lao culture or understand Lao culture is a plus.
