The company is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
- Overseeing recruitment efforts and implementing HR best practices in operations and compliance.
- Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Managing, coaching, and developing the local HR team.
- Serving as a trusted HR advisor to the Country Head and local leadership team.
- Providing hands-on support in organizational changes, workforce planning, and daily HR matters.
- Building strong relationships with managers to deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Leading recruitment for key strategic roles and managing employee relations issues.
- Collaborating with legal counsel on sensitive HR matters as needed.
- Leading the annual performance review process and supporting talent calibration and career development planning.
- Coaching and training managers on performance management and effective employee feedback.
- Identifying and developing key talents and succession plans.
- Overseeing the assessment and execution of local training and development programs.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, including payroll input and employee records.
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain a positive employee experience.
- Tracking and monitoring local HR KPIs in collaboration with the Regional HRBP.
- Providing regular HR updates and reports to management.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and tool enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic HRBP, organizational development, and workforce planning with a proven track record.
- Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, healthcare regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across departments.
- Fluent command of English is a must.
