Job Description:

  • Overseeing recruitment efforts and implementing HR best practices in operations and compliance.
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing the local HR team.
  • Serving as a trusted HR advisor to the Country Head and local leadership team.
  • Providing hands-on support in organizational changes, workforce planning, and daily HR matters.

  • Leading recruitment for key strategic roles and managing employee relations issues.
  • Collaborating with legal counsel on sensitive HR matters as needed.

  • Identifying and developing key talents and succession plans.
  • Overseeing the assessment and execution of local training and development programs.

  • Tracking and monitoring local HR KPIs in collaboration with the Regional HRBP.
  • Providing regular HR updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic HRBP, organizational development, and workforce planning with a proven track record.
  • Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, healthcare regulations, and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Fluent command of English is a must.
