What You'll Drive
- Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
- Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate school tours, interviews, offers, and enrolment processes.
- Collect and verify documentation and payments, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support recruitment events, workshops, and community programs.
- Assist new families with onboarding and first-month check-ins.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent parent experience.
What You'll Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- This role requires availability to work on Saturdays, with an alternative weekday off.
