The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join GREENERGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD.' as a Maintenance Manager . You will play a key role in the growth and development of new business opportunities within the electrical field. This is a full-time position based in Huai Khwang, Bangkok.

Job description

  • Manage team to complete PM as plan and CM as requested.

  • Tracking maintenance reports to be in line with realistic.

  • Reporting any significant issues and output to Head on weekly and monthly basis.

  • Set in place PM plan.

  • Develop strategies or technologies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce expenses.

  • Develop good practice to record maintenance activities, travelling and expenses.

  • Budget management.

  • Execute relevant contracts and agreements.

  • Inventory management.

  • Manage to get all tools and equipment well prepared including calibration with certificates.

  • Be aware of safety matters, PPE, work permit, training and personal certificates.

  • Keep improving maintenance report template and reporting method.

  • Support Head to develop CMMS for internal usage and future external service.

  • As per Head's assignments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field.

  • Strong understanding of Solar PV maintenance.

  • Experienced in Preventive Maintenance Solar PV plant C&I scale.

  • Experienced in Cleaning/Maintenance planning for both inhouse team or Contractor.

  • Experienced in inventory/vehicle usage management.

  • Experienced in managing 5+ subordinates/sub-contracted staffs.

  • Experienced in budget management.

  • At least 8 years of experience in Solar O&M roles, maintenance roles.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a car, capable of visiting sites outside Bangkok.
