About the role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team at CP MATCH CO., LTD.(Head Office) in Bangkok. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications using the Flutter framework. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement mobile applications using the Flutter framework
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy high-quality mobile apps
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices
  4. Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from planning to deployment
  5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide support for existing applications
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development

What we're looking for

Must have

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience building Flutter apps with Dart.
  3. Solid understanding of Flutter SDK, widget lifecycle, async/await, Streams, and Isolates.
  4. Experience with state management (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, Provider).
  5. Knowledge of Clean Architecture (e.g., feature-first, layered domains) and patterns (MVVM/MVI).
  6. Proficiency with Navigator / go_router and deep links.
  7. Dependency Injection with get_it and/or Riverpod.
  8. Working with REST/JSON (bonus: GraphQL, gRPC), caching, and offline-first strategies.
  9. Integrations with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/RTDB, Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging).
  10. Testing: unit, widget, and integration tests; familiarity with TDD is a plus.
  11. CI/CD for Flutter (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Codemagic, fastlane).
  12. Familiarity with Material 3 / Cupertino, responsiveness, a11y, and i18n/l10n.
  13. Experience collaborating from Figma/Sketch specs and delivering pixel-perfect UI.
  14. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  15. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  1. Performance profiling & optimization (Flutter DevTools, frame budget, jank mitigation).
  2. App Store / Play Console release workflows, code signing, flavors, and env configs.
  3. Secure storage, obfuscation, and basic mobile security practices.
  4. Platform channels and light native interop (Kotlin/Swift) when needed.
  5. Analytics/experimentation (events taxonomy, A/B testing).
