Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers for packaging, and services needed for new product development projects.
Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions and favorable contract agreements.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure purchased materials and components meet product quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Cost Management: Analyze pricing, track costs, and identify opportunities to reduce expenses while ensuring product profitability.
Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain for new products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business unit teams ,R&D team , production team and supplier to understand product requirements and integrate sourcing activities into the development process.
Market Research: Conduct research on product trends and potential sourcing opportunities to support the company's innovation efforts.
