Job Responsibilities

  1. To control operation plan of quality control section for support delivery plan follow customer requirements.
  2. To control quality of product IPQC, In process-Final, OQC follow Inspection Standard
  3. To control nonconforming product for corrective and preventive
  4. Establish WI, inspection standard, inspection form , quality point and necessary information of quality control section.
  5. Present work, KPI, ideas, problems and solutions for improvement to Manager.
  6. Work with team and apply quality assurance methods to increase customer satisfaction and drive continual improvement through the production process.
  7. Aware in policy from the management and coordination with stakeholders in order to achieve the goal.
  8. To control subordinate to operate compliance assignment and training for up skill in appropriate.
  9. Perform other duties as necessary and any special assignment from his / her supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience.
  • QC and QA for industrial/manufacturing have the 7 QC tools skill, SPC, and equipment control & calibration.
  • Measuring small tools, Issuing inspection reports
  • 8D/Why Why analyse course, Uncertainty of measuring equipment, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
  • Can read drawings, use measuring tools, have knowledge of quality systems, and have problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
