Qualifications & experience for Project Manager Construction Consultant role

  • 5+ years of Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience, lead clash detection meetings, liaise with contractors and consultants
  • Must have Construction experience
  • Able to fluently communicate in both English and Thai
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Solidworks, Naviswork experience

Tasks & responsibilities

  1. Manage BIM execution for AE and GC teams, ensuring smooth model transitions and addressing queries.
  2. Review and approve BIM Execution Plans and incorporate necessary changes.
  3. Conduct quality control checks on BIM models at project milestones.
  4. Ensure compliance with standards for model changes and issue corrections.
  5. Facilitate project closeout by reviewing and approving record BIM models and drawings.
  6. Monitor record model progress and manage the redline process.
  7. Support post-closeout reviews of as-built models and ongoing CAD-BIM needs.
  8. Ensure quality, availability, and version control of all CAD/BIM/PDF drawings.
  9. Participate in project meetings and BIM coordination sessions.
  10. Engage in CAD/BIM site walks and inspections.
