Supply Chain Product and Solutions – Senior Manager/Director – Technology

We're on the hunt for an exceptional and experienced Product and Solutions Senior Manager/Director You will be the Industrial Subject Matter Expert (ISME) and contribute specialized knowledge to identify, secure, and retain customers within the
Technology
vertical for the Southeast Asia market.

You will play a critical role in driving successful sales engagements by effectively translating technical capabilities into valuable solutions that address the specific needs of potential clients. The SME will also take a proactive role in thought leadership, positioning DP World as a leading end-to-end supply chain partner within the vertical.

This may include presentations at industry events and assisting with social media and trade marketing.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design vertical-specific supply chain products and solutions.
• Work with commercial key account management and sales teams in developing bespoke supply chain solutions for Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs) in the
  Technology
  space.
• Collaborate with solutions engineers to design, build, and operationalize supply chain product solutions.
• Consult with and participate in relevant industry groups and key supply chain stakeholders.
• Identify
  Technology
  customers and opportunities and provide leads to the sales team.
• Oversee the implementation, monitor progress, and problem-solve for
  Technology
  vertical-specific solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales collateral.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or the equivalent.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the vertical trade sector.
• Experience in the Technology vertical in freight forwarding and/or supply chain management roles.
• Deep understanding of the technology supply chain is highly desirable, with specific expertise in one or more of our key sub-segments: Consumer Electronics, Cloud and Data Centres, or Automation and Robotics.
• A combination of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and project management skills.
• Strong presentation skills, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, and a customer-focused mindset are crucial for success in this role.
• Excellent consultative and relationship management skills.
• Proven strong customer pipeline planning skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork.
• Process-driven and proactive with the ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical, and deal well under pressure.
