What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome
  2. Checking in and checking out guests, processing payments and handling all front desk inquiries
  3. Providing information about the hotel facilities, local attractions and events
  4. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and taking messages as needed
  5. Maintaining a professional and organised front desk area
  6. Assisting with various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  4. Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
  5. A friendly, professional and positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as required
