Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including timeline, budget, and contractual compliance for industrial water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Act as the key technical point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between clients, project developers, and internal sales teams.
  • Develop detailed process designs, P&IDs, and system sizing for water or wastewater treatment applications.
  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals for tenders, ensuring full compliance with customer specifications and project standards.
  • Provide technical support during pre-sales and project tendering, including system design clarifications and feasibility analysis.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, field service, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the water treatment industry, including new products, technologies, and process innovations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in industrial water or wastewater treatment systems.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience, including project coordination, documentation, and planning.
  • Strong technical proficiency in process design, P&ID drafting, and system sizing (e.g., RO projection software).
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Strong English communication skills for technical and customer-facing discussions.
