About the role

We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team at Kimberly - Clark Thailand. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Samutprakarn Mill.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct process validation and qualification activities
  • Analyze process data and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise and support to production staff
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in process analysis, problem-solving, and root cause investigation
  • Strong understanding of process control, automation, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both Thai and English
