Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives for a multi-branch restaurant chain. This role functions similarly to a Brand Manager, ensuring consistent brand positioning, driving customer traffic, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a brand owner, ensuring consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and customer experience across all branches.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive footfall, sales, and brand awareness.
- Lead promotional planning including seasonal campaigns, new menu launches, and special offers.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Menu Development, and Sales teams to ensure marketing plans are executable at store level.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, influencers/KOLs, CRM, and delivery platform promotions.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and optimize spending effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors (creative, media, PR).
- Prepare marketing performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet businesses.
- Strong understanding of brand management, campaign planning, and consumer marketing.
- Experience working with chain businesses or multi-location operations is highly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
