Sales Section Mgr.

Location: Laem Chabang, Chon Buri -***This position is based at the Rayong branch, Mabkha but will require relocation to the Laem Chabang branch at Pinthong 1 (currently under construction and expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Mon – Fri ***09.00 – each 1 Saturday/month)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share in the construction equipment sector.
• Build strong customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities in industries such as construction, power plants, refineries, and petrochemical sectors.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress to senior management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales of construction machinery or construction field.
• At least 1 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Able to communicate in English.
• Possess a driving license.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
