Payroll Management
Administer monthly payroll processes with accuracy and compliance to labor laws.
Ensure timely salary disbursement, tax deductions, and social security contributions.
Maintain payroll records and generate payroll reports for management review.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Design, implement, and review compensation structures and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
Provide guidance on employee benefits, allowances, and incentive schemes.
HR Data Analysis & Reporting
Utilize Power BI and Excel to analyze HR metrics (turnover, recruitment efficiency, payroll costs).
Prepare dashboards and reports to support strategic HR decision-making.
Identify trends and provide recommendations for workforce improvement.
HR Communication & Design
Create clear and engaging HR communications, policies, and presentations.
Use Canva to design visual aids, infographics, and employee engagement materials.
Support HR meetings and training sessions with professional documentation and visuals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR with focus on Payroll, Recruitment, and C&B.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skilled in Data Analysis, Power BI, and Canva for HR reporting and communication.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
