Payroll Management

  • Administer monthly payroll processes with accuracy and compliance to labor laws.

  • Ensure timely salary disbursement, tax deductions, and social security contributions.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Design, implement, and review compensation structures and benefits programs.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.

  • Provide guidance on employee benefits, allowances, and incentive schemes.

HR Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize Power BI and Excel to analyze HR metrics (turnover, recruitment efficiency, payroll costs).

  • Prepare dashboards and reports to support strategic HR decision-making.

  • Identify trends and provide recommendations for workforce improvement.

HR Communication & Design

  • Create clear and engaging HR communications, policies, and presentations.

  • Use Canva to design visual aids, infographics, and employee engagement materials.

  • Support HR meetings and training sessions with professional documentation and visuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR with focus on Payroll, Recruitment, and C&B.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Skilled in Data Analysis, Power BI, and Canva for HR reporting and communication.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
