หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, withholding tax (WHT), ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. Thai GAAP, IFRS as required) and regulatory requirements.

  • Address daily issues and provide guidance/support to the accounting team.

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors to support audits, ensuring all required documentation and schedules are provided accurately and on time.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team; ensure staff in your section perform efficiently, adhere to accounting policies, and maintain high professional standards.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to refine work processes in accordance with policies, accounting standards, and business needs — simplifying workflows and lean processes.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Higher).

  • Prior experience in hospital accounting, or experience closing financial statements for a publicly listed company — considered a plus.

  • Age not over 45 years old.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Good communication skills (for liaising with auditors, management, and stakeholders).

  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) - ERP experience is a plus.
