Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Product Team to understand the business requirement and identify what needs to be improved
  • Analyze and suggest a solution for the software architecture
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and be responsive to any technical requests
  • Review the code and provide feedback
  • Familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodologies and will be part of daily stand-up, backlog management, demos, retros, etc
  • Train and mentor the members to help them grow (for Senior).

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Intermediate: 1-6 years and Senior: 7-10 years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, e.g., JavaScript, Golang, C#
  • Fluent in front-end web technologies and frameworks, e.g., HTML, CSS, ReactJS, NextJS, Flutter
  • Knowledgeable in Flutter or in one of the leading mobile frameworks: React Native, iOS, or Android
  • Knowledgeable in REST services
  • Familiar with relational databases e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Postgresql, SQL server, and/or NoSQL databases
  • Familiar with tools related to continuous integration and continuous deployment e.g., GIT, Docker, and Jenkins
  • Familiar with AWS cloud facility
  • Experienced in software craftsmanship (clean code, Test Driven Development, Business Driven Development, Refactoring, unit test and automation test, static/dynamic metrics for code analysis)
  • Deep interest in development with strong knowledge in programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
  • Very open-minded to comments/suggestions
  • Have a can-do and will-do attitude; creativity is a plus
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and willingness to learn new things and solve new problems
