Qualification

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป  สาขาComputer Engineering / Com Science หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ประสบการณ์การทำงานMISในสายงานอย่างน้อย7 ปีและประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการไอทีอย่างน้อย5ปี
  • บริหารและจัดการระบบ ERP and Software Management รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ พัฒนา และจัดการในการ Implement ได้
  • มีทักษะที่ดีในการจัดการควบคุมดูแลโดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานIT development,IT operations
  • มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่สามารถตัดสินใจได้ถูกต้องโดยเฉพาะความรู้เกี่ยวกับIT policy, IT Security, IT Risk
  • มีทักษะในการใช้งานภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  • มีความFlexible ในส่วนของเวลาการทำงานสามารถควบคุมดูแล แก้ปัญหาในเวลากลางคืนได้

Job Description

  • ร่วมกำหนดนโยบายวางแผนกับผู้บริหารในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพกับองค์กร
  • บริหารจัดการ Software Application & ERP ขององค์กร
  • บริหารจัดการควบคุมติดตามงานSupport ของแผนกให้ตอบสนองความต้องการตามเงื่อนไขSLA  ต่อผู้รับบริการของแผนกและให้ความรู้ ความ่เข้าใจในการใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • ควบคุมงานตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และระบบภายใน , ตรวจสอบควบคุมการBackup DB ของระบบERP  ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขและเสร็จตามแผนที่กำหนด
  • บริหารระบบการจัดการReport ผ่าน Power BI และเข้าใจConcept ของ Power BI เป็นอย่างดี
  • วางแผน ควบคุมพัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีศักยภาพและความรู้เพื่อสอดคล้องกับนโยบายจัดกระบวนการของแผนกIT ให้เป็นไปตามจุดมุ่งหมายขององค์กร
  • ควบคุมดูแลการตรวจสอบและยับยั้งการใช้งานsoftware ที่ผิดลิขสิทธิ์
  • ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
