Key Responsibilities

1. Design Revenue-Driven Campaigns

  • Design and develop campaigns for agents that are directly linked to business objectives, including premium growth, agent activation rate, and productivity (e.g., PT%).
  • Ensure campaigns are outcome-focused, not limited to engagement or participation metrics.
  • Translate business goals into clear campaign mechanics, incentives, and success criteria.

2. Manage End-to-End Campaign Execution

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle from planning, launch, execution, optimization, to campaign closure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data, IT) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Manage timelines, communications, and operational readiness to ensure campaigns deliver expected results.

3. Monitor Performance & Optimize with Data

  • Track campaign performance through KPI dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze key metrics such as agent participation, conversion rate, premium contribution, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights, including adjusting mechanics or discontinuing underperforming campaigns.

4. Drive Learning & Scalable Growth

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis comparing target vs. actual performance.
  • Identify agent behavior patterns, success factors, and improvement areas.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and best practices to drive sustainable and repeatable growth across the agency channel.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management, sales enablement, business performance, or agency/channel management.
  • Strong understanding of agency or sales-driven business models, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in designing campaigns tied to business KPIs such as revenue, productivity, or activation, rather than engagement alone.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience managing campaigns end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Ability to synthesize campaign results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
