Responsibilities

  • Strategic IR Planning: Develop and implement the investor relations strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and capital markets strategy.
  • Maximize Shareholder Value and Market Positioning: Drive strategic communications to enhance shareholder value and strengthen the company's reputation in the capital markets through transparent and credible presentation of vision, performance, and business strategy.
  • Align Investor Expectations with Business Strategy: Effectively linking business strategy to investor interests and proactively managing communication risks and potential misinterpretations.
  • Lead Strategic Investor Engagement: Act as a key liaison in building strategic, long-term relationships with institutional investors, analysts, credit agencies, and financial stakeholders through targeted engagement activities including roadshows, earnings calls, and ESG-related discussions."
  • Uphold Regulatory Compliance and Disclosure Excellence: Ensure compliance with SET/SEC regulations and global disclosure standards by delivering accurate, timely, and transparent investor communications that safeguard the company's credibility.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in equity market or investor relations of large-cap market company.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance.
  • Strong Financial acumen with ability to explain complex strategies to non-specialist investors.
  • Deep knowledge of SET rules, Thai capital markets, Global investor behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication (Thai and English), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Executive presence and confidence in dealing with Executives and global investors.
  • Deep understanding of risk factors impacting valuation and investor confidence.
  • Ability to manage crises or sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proven track record in successful story and achievement of IR and stakeholder management.
