Job Title: Manufacturing Director/Senior Manager

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Client Company: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS - SMT, PCBA, Box Build) facility in Rayong

Job Overview:

The Manufacturing Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations at our client EMS facility in Rayong. This role will ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all manufacturing activities, including production planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Implement and maintain a robust quality control system to ensure product quality meets customer requirements
  • Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics or a related field
  • MUST HAVE minimum 15 years and more of experience in EMS (SMT, PCBA, Box Build) company with specializes in manufacturing management
  • Solid experience with PCBA, Box-build, SMT production lines
  • Expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, & Standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Strong leadership
  • Fluency in both English and Thai
