The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of Capacity planning, Capital, equipment planning, Layout planning then execute per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)).

● Apply data analytic platform and simulation using of Python software, Flexsim or Arena for analyzing data in the database system.

● Plan equipment capacity & tooling by alignment with the Technology roadmap, capacity commitment, and all commodities capacity alignment

● Calculate and analyze Capacity and Capital requirements for what-if scenarios and create dashboards and reports efficiently

● Analysis of impact, the concern of new equipment and technology per roadmap.

● Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization.

● Build up and design a system for automated data workflow to align with Factory4.0

● Good interpersonal, teamwork, communication, presentation skills and leadership

● Having a good attitude and taking ownership of job responsibility

● Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

● Fluent in both spoken and written English communication.

· Bachelor's degree in the Industrial Engineering discipline and/or equivalent experience

· Background on IE (Industrial Engineer) or Capacity planning

● Good knowledge in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing.

● Experience in data analytic platform and simulation using of Python software , Flexsim , Arena or capable of querying and analyzing data in the database system.
