Job Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process, including inviting quotations, comparing and evaluating bids, and submitting recommendations for approval.
  • Supplier Management: Initiate and maintain supplier relationships, conduct inspections, analyze performance, and implement improvements.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including Request for Proposals, Contract Agreements, and Variation Orders, under the guidance of the Commercial Manager.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and arrange the extension of bank guarantees from customers, vendors, or partners as necessary.
  • Support to Store Team: Assist Store Team in material storage control processes by providing procurement and delivery information.
  • Business Development: Engage in customer relations, provide information, negotiate settlements, and perform other relevant tasks to support business growth.
  • Documentation: Facilitate procedures and documentation for the operations mentioned above.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in procurement, import-export, logistics, and contract negotiations with overseas suppliers.
  • Proficiency in English communication and computer skills.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, legal and contractual knowledge, strong relationship management
