Job Summary

Job Description Summary
Manage the operation document and process, provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing) and after-sales services to key account and SME customers. Answer customers' questions about specific products and services. Control Handset stock of contract phone & stock sim & number and premium stock for sales team. Providing data and reports to help the sales team. Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients support the registration and operation process such as new, change promotion, change SIM, Apply IR/IDD, add promotion, ect.

Job Description

1. Support the registration and Operation Process (New Registration, Change Promotion, Change SIM CARD, Change Owner, Change Bill cycle, Change Vat, Address, Mail Group, Bill Copied Request, Change Value Added Service, Change  IR/IDD, Add  Authorize Contract, Add E-Portal, Add Group MVPN, call Detail,  Receipt Request.
2. Corporate and support special project of  Business Consultant in preparing  SIM Cards for any Marketing Events/ Keep good relation with customers when answering and handling their problems.
3. Manage and Control Handset  Stock, Update  Sim Stock / Mailing Sim Cards to customers / prepare Contract Phone / report To Account Department.

4. Manage and Control  Sim Stock And Pretty Numbers  for Sales team.

5. Manage and Control Sim Stock Sim Service / Postpaid & Prepaid Sim for Sales team.

6. Control Sim Card & Handset / Print the Contract Phone receipt of Key Account & SMEs customers and  premium stock for sales team.

7. Tracking  Record & Scan all the important document.

8. Support Sales team in case they have urgent cases and corporate with AIS Shop such as contract phone document and information, Sim card for pretty number and disconnect.

9. Corporate with the Head Office to request for  Authorize Promotion, extend Promotion period, Add Product Rule, Add Customer type .

10. Increase efficiency at work and perform their best in organization.
