Business Development Manager – Thailand

Pump Solutions | Oil & Gas | Industry | Beverage

PCM is a global specialist in pump and fluid handling solutions, with a presence in Thailand for over 20 years and a strong installed base across oil and gas, industrial, and food and beverage applications.

We are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to further develop PCM's business in Thailand and expand our footprint with existing and new customers.

This is a hands-on role focused on business development and market expansion. The role operates independently in Thailand, with close collaboration and support from PCM's Asia Pacific sales, engineering, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and grow PCM's progressive cavity pump business in Thailand across oil and gas, industrial, and beverage markets
  • Expand relationships with existing customers and actively identify new business opportunities
  • Engage directly with end users, EPCs, and contractors through site visits and technical discussions
  • Build and progress opportunities from early engagement through RFQ and order
  • Act as the local representative and primary point of contact for PCM in Thailand
  • Work closely with regional technical, commercial, and operational teams across Asia Pacific

What we are looking for

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Thailand and based locally for a field-based role
  • Experience in technical or industrial B2B sales or business development
  • Exposure to pumps, rotating equipment, or process equipment
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
  • Experience in oil and gas, industrial, or food and beverage markets is an advantage
