Job Description:

  • Responsible for leading and overseeing the full project life cycle of solar rooftop projects; Design, supply, installation, test and commissioning, project management, budgetary plan, purchasing, O&M plan etc.
  • Lead the business and project development activities, explore the market opportunity, finding and initiating the new project/customer.
  • Prepare and review preliminary technical and engineering design, estimated a breakdown investment and operation cost.
  • Strong relationship with government authorities and business partners, including advisors that related to renewable business.
  • Preparing narrative and presentation materials for investment projects in order to present to the management and Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with Engineering team and Business development team in Thailand to ensure all deliverable to meet company target.

  • Developing strategy and approaching to propel the engineering teams towards the growth to support expanding the company's businesses in current and new fields.

  • Guiding the team to learn in-depth skills required.

  • Expanding the team's skills towards new businesses.
  • Follow up of project execution to ensure project delivery are materially aligned with bid assumptions and sustain relationship with customer during project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, International business or related fields
  • Minimum 6-10 years of hands-on experience in solar project development.
  • Strong technical knowledge in engineering and solar system design.
  • Can working with understanding the electrical working process / design work / site working
  • Good command in English.
  • Ability to travel regionally, depending on project location.
