หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1. Process Analysis & Improvement

  • วิเคราะห์โอกาสในการทำงานในแต่ละหน่วยงานแบบ End-to-End
  • ระบุจุดที่เป็นปัญหา (pain points), bottlenecks, duplication, manual work และ risk ต่างๆ
  • ออกแบบและพัฒนาปรับปรุงกระบวนการ (To-Be Process) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
  • จัดทำ Process Mapping เช่น SIPOC, Flowchart, Swimlane, Value Stream Mapping

2. Digital Transformation / Digitalization

  • ค้นหาโอกาสในการนำดิจิทัลมาใช้ เช่น Automation, RPA, Workflow tools, AI/Analytics
  • ประสานงานกับทีม IT/Developer เพื่อพัฒนา หรือเลือกใช้เครื่องมือที่เหมาะสม
  • สร้าง prototype / proof of concept สำหรับแนวทาง digital solution
  • ติดตามผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นได้จาก digital tools เพื่อวัด productivity และ ROI

3. Project Management

  • ทำหน้าที่เป็น Project Manager/Coordinator ในโปรเจกต์ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
  • วางแผน, จัดลำดับความสำคัญ, ประเมินงบและทรัพยากรที่ต้องใช้
  • ติดตามความคืบหน้าและรายงานผลให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง

4. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • ทำงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เข้าใจ pain point ของกระบวนการทำงาน
  • เตรียมแผนการสื่อสาร, การอบรม และการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Adoption)
  • สร้าง culture ที่สนับสนุน continuous improvement

5. KPI & Performance Measurement

  • ออกแบบตัวชี้วัด เช่น lead time, error rate, process cost, cycle time
  • ติดตามและรายงานผลการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
  • นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาใช้เป็น insight ในการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)

· ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

· มีประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปีในงาน Process Improvement, Business Analyst, Lean, หรือ Digital Transformation

· เข้าใจ Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, Agile

· มีทักษะด้าน Process Mapping, Data Analysis, BI Tools

· มีประสบการณ์ RPA/Automation (เช่น UiPath, Power Automate), Low-code/No-code หรือระบบ ERP/CRM

· ความเข้าใจเครื่องมือดิจิทัล เช่น Workflow Automation, AI, Cloud Platforms

· ทักษะสำคัญ: Analytical thinking, Problem-solving, Communication, Facilitation, Project Management, Change Management
