Fongyin Import Export Co., Ltd., a market-leading global exporter of fresh ginger with over 20 years of proven success in international agricultural trading, operating across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Europe.
SUNREM, a high-growth FMCG beverage company focused on value-added agricultural products, including coconut water and functional ginger-based drinks.
Both companies are led by the same CEO and are under aggressive international expansion. Strategic decisions, execution, and growth initiatives run in parallel across both businesses.

Role Definition (Not an EA Role)
This is a Chief of Staff role, not a traditional Executive Assistant or administrative position.
The Chief of Staff acts as the CEO's strategic and operational extension, ensuring priorities are executed, decisions are followed through, and the organization moves at speed. This role requires strong commercial judgment, leadership maturity, and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth, multi-country business environment.
Core Responsibilities
Act as the CEO's right-hand partner, translating strategy into execution across both companies.
Own CEO priorities, ensuring follow-ups, deadlines, and outcomes are delivered across teams.
Serve as a central coordination point between the CEO and senior leaders, operations, sales, logistics, and external partners.
Prepare executive-level briefs, strategic decks, market intelligence, and decision summaries.
Drive cross-functional initiatives related to international expansion, supply chain optimization, and operational scale-up.
Oversee high-level import/export coordination including trade documentation, INCOTERMS, customs processes, and logistics timelines.
Conduct structured analysis on market trends, pricing, freight rates, seasonal supply risks, and competitor movements.
Manage CEO international travel planning at a strategic level (priorities, meetings, outcomes), not administrative booking.
Handle sensitive information, negotiations, and time-critical matters with absolute discretion.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years experience in Chief of Staff, Senior EA (strategic), Business Manager, or similar role.
Professional-level English communication skills (spoken and written); must operate confidently with global partners.
Chinese language capability is a strong advantage and will be given special consideration.
Strong commercial acumen with hands-on understanding of international trade and operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint and business documentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in agricultural commodities, FMCG, perishable goods, or international trading businesses.
Proven ability to operate independently, make judgment calls, and represent the CEO when required.
Comfortable working with factories, farmers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs, and government agencies.
Experience supporting CEOs who travel frequently and manage multiple businesses.
