Role: Data Entry Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a resilient and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems and databases. As part of our innovative food tech startup, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize the food industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into designated systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Perform data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation as required.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as needed by the team or management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in the food tech industry
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry or similar role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and written is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
