About the Company

Cathcart Technology is partnering with a boutique consulting firm that provides trusted advisory services in IT Audit, IT Compliance, and Cybersecurity. They are expanding their team and are open to Senior to Manager professionals who are looking to grow their career in a consulting environment.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who want broader exposure across industries, hands-on experience with regulatory standards, and the chance to work closely with clients and leadership teams.


Responsibilities

  • Perform IT audits and compliance reviews based on regulatory guidelines (BOT, SEC, OIC, PDPA) and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
  • Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGC) and basic Application Controls for effectiveness.
  • Support in planning audit scopes, conducting fieldwork, documenting findings, and preparing audit reports.
  • Assist in identifying IT risks and assessing control gaps across systems, infrastructure, networks, and databases.
  • Provide practical recommendations to improve security controls and compliance processes.
  • Present audit results and insights to clients or internal stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
  • Collaborate with a consulting team to complete deliverables and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance, or IT Security
  • Familiarity with IT controls, ITGC, risk assessment, or compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with any of the following: BOT/SEC/OIC audits, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, PDPA.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, would be advantageous.
  • Good report-writing skills in both Thai and English.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
