About the Role

TecAlliance interconnects entirely global automotive aftermarket data & knowledge from order to invoice. Over 900+ colleagues work relentlessly globally together in 140 countries and counting. We are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, or ZF and proudly connect all data for them.

You will be responsible for defining and communicating a clear product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions that meet customer and business needs. 

Job Definition
  • Defining and communicating a clear product/ project vision that represents the needs of the client and the internal stakeholders
  • Sole representation of the technical client side and thus of all stakeholders, as well as acting as an interface between all product-specific internal and external stakeholders (including regular contact with customers and users)
  • Responsibility for the product backlog (developing user stories, filling in the product backlog and prioritizing the backlog items)
  • Focus on delivering value-added product increments by prioritizing the backlog, e.g. early release of core functionality to achieve a quick return on investment
  • Continuous evaluation as well as adaptation and further development of the product/ project
  • Close cooperation with the agile development team as well as the agile master
  • Technical contact for questions from the team to ensure that the requirements are understood, refined and implemented in the team
  • Decision on delivery time, functionality and costs of the software version
  • Creation and maintenance of a release plan and a product/ project roadmap 
Job Qualification
  • Experience in dealing with international customers, external service providers and partners
  • Strong presentation and Moderation skill
  • Experience in cost and budget management
  • Very good knowledge of various methods of product and project management
  • Great market oversight of the managed products
  • Well versed in agile methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, XP, Design Thinking)
