Position: Lighting Design & Planning Supervisor

Business: Engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of lighting equipment, including the planning, design, and production of lighting fixtures, as well as the sale of interior furnishings and related supplies.

Working Location: Silom, Bangkok area (Near BTS)

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Salary: THB 45,000 - THB 55,000 (As a Total)

Job Description:

  • Manage and develop the lighting design team in alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Oversee resources, tools, expenses, and budgets to ensure efficiency and achievement of project targets.
  • Supervise lighting design projects from planning through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, technical standards, and client requirements.
  • Research and stay up to date with the latest lighting design trends, products, technologies, and innovations.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure compliance with company standards and schedules.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and clients to support business operations and project activities.
  • Provide technical consultation and serve as a liaison between the internal sales team and external stakeholders regarding lighting design.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team capability and work efficiency.
  • Maintain project reference databases, technical documentation, and design archives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lighting design systems.
  • Good command of English (Intermediate level).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, and SketchUp.
