Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Oversea Buyer to manage our procurement operations with a specific focus on Chinese suppliers. In this role, you will handle the entire end-to-end purchasing process—from sourcing and price negotiation to coordinating with shipping agencies for customs clearance and performing final quality/quantity checks upon goods arrival at our Pathum Thani factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management: Purchase materials according to departmental requisitions.

• Inquire about MOQ, negotiate pricing, and finalize contract terms to optimize costs.

• Handle returns, exchanges, payment reconciliations, and follow up on tax invoices.

• BOI & Compliance:

• Manage and apply for tax exemptions using eMT, RMTS, or other related BOI systems.

• Ensure all import/export activities comply with international trade regulations and local laws.

• System & Documentation:

• Process all purchasing activities within the Kingdee ERP system.

• Track payment status and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Proficiently use Microsoft Office and WPS for data analysis and reporting.

• Logistics & Warehouse Coordination:

• Liaise with shipping and customs clearance companies to ensure timely delivery.

• Physically receive and check goods at the factory to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the distribution of goods.

Job Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or buying, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
2. Language Skills: HSK 5 or higher. Excellence in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is mandatory.

3. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with eMT and RMTS (BOI systems) is required.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WPS.

5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience using the Kingdee ERP system.
6. Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of import/export processes, shipping documentation, and customs clearance.
7. Soft Skills: Must demonstrate integrity, a pragmatic work ethic, and high efficiency. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
8. Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

บริษัท ออพโตไวด์ เทคโนโลยี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กำลังเปิดรับสมัคร เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อต่างประเทศ (Oversea Buyer) ที่มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาจีนในระดับดีเยี่ยม เพื่อดูแลกระบวนการจัดซื้อและการนำเข้าจากซัพพลายเออร์จีน โดยครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การเจรจาต่อรอง การประสานงานกับตัวแทนออกของ (Shipping) ไปจนถึงการตรวจรับสินค้า ณ โรงงานในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• กระบวนการจัดซื้อและบริหารซัพพลายเออร์:

• ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ตามใบขอซื้อ (PR) ของแต่ละแผนก

• สอบถามราคา (Quotation) เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการค้า และจำนวนสั่งซื้อขั้นต่ำ (MOQ) เพื่อให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าสูงสุด

• บริหารจัดการเรื่องการเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้า (Returns/Exchanges) การตรวจสอบยอดชำระ และการติดตามใบกำกับภาษี

• การบริหารจัดการสิทธิประโยชน์ BOI:

• ดำเนินการยื่นขอใช้สิทธิ์ยกเว้นภาษีอากรผ่านระบบ eMT, RMTS หรือระบบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ BOI

• การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลและระบบ ERP:

• บันทึกและจัดการกระบวนการจัดซื้อผ่านระบบ Kingdee ERP และติดตามสถานะการชำระเงิน

• จัดทำรายงานสรุปกิจกรรมการจัดซื้อและผลการดำเนินงานของซัพพลายเออร์

• การขนส่งและการตรวจรับสินค้า:

• ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่งและตัวแทนออกของ เพื่อติดตามสถานะการนำเข้าให้สินค้าถึงโรงงานตามกำหนด

• ดำเนินการรับสินค้าและตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง (จำนวนและคุณภาพเบื้องต้น) เมื่อสินค้ามาถึงโรงงาน

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. จริยธรรมและการทำงาน: เป็นผู้ที่มีความซื่อสัตย์ มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานเชิงรุก (Pragmatic) และมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานสูง
2. ทักษะทางภาษา: มีผลสอบ HSK ระดับ 5 ขึ้นไป สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานภาษาจีนได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม (รวมถึงทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับใช้งานได้)
3. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน: มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือนำเข้า-ส่งออกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
