Key Responsibilities:
Store Visibility & Display Management
- Control and monitor in-store displays, POSM, and retail marketing materials to ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand standards.
- Improve brand visibility in stores and propose solutions to increase display space or highlight key products.
- Ensure the accuracy, readiness, and proper condition of marketing materials at the point of sale.
Resources Management
- Manage retail marketing resources such as POSM, gifts, furniture, and other promotional materials.
- Plan and coordinate the distribution and installation of gifts, POSM, and furniture to support marketing activities at each store.
- Monitor POSM and gift inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for marketing plans.
- Communicate and coordinate with the retail team to support regional marketing activities related to gifts and POSM.
Marketing Activities
- Plan and manage weekly marketing activities.
- Coordinate with stores to execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
- Summarize execution results and prepare performance reports for management.
Store Maintenance
- Collect and consolidate store feedback and issues to develop corrective action plans within the specified timeline.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve store-related issues such as damaged displays or unavailable equipment.
Region Sell-out Management
- Develop and execute retail marketing action plans in collaboration with the sales team to drive sell-out performance.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Field Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple retail stores; background in Electronics, Mobile, or IT products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Strong sales analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
